Sorry I'm just seeing that I was quoted. Been busy. You can see the post I did about the subwoofer install here:

I guess its time to add mine. My jeep is homebrew but here are a few.
Push Button start with a fuel pump kill switch hidden away.

Switch panel

Tire carrier bumper

Lock brackets for my tools.

Roof Rack with tools mounted to sides, Full interior cage, OBA, Doorless, and i'm sure some other stuff you can see in this picture.

I'm still trying to work my way through both of the Homebrew Jeep Mod threads, but haven't seen a post on this yet, so thought I would go ahead and ask. Has anyone done removable rear bucket seats?
My idea is to remove the fold down bench. My XJ will be mostly a camping vehicle. I rarely ever have rear passengers, but will probably have one or tow of the nephews with me from to time along with my 2 80lb. dogs. So my thought was to add one rear bucket on the passenger side and be able to remove it when it isn't needed. I am also thinking of a box along one of the side walls (rather than a box in the rear cargo area, to save on room).
Is the seat mod something that can be done without having to weld? I have no welding skills or access to anyone that can do it for me.
Thanks in advance for your time and for these Mod threads. I have gotten a lot of good ideas out of it.

That would be cool to see a few half bucket seats in the rear. Look at detours build I know he had one seat in the middle for his kid I believe.(no idea what page tho)
Thanks, I'll see if I can find it.

Has anybody tried a hinge setup where the pin is on the Jeep side of the hinge? Pin pointing up bottom one a little higher than the top.
I'm curious about this seems to me it would work, I was trying to find "bolt on" solutions for this.

I tried that thought it would be easy too. But its more of a pain to slide. The doors on. I made the lower pin shorter so it gives it more wiggle room

I relocated the speakers (been done I know)
I cut the hinges (been done)
I wanted to be able to remove my drivers door without having to unplug the tons of wires. I decided to relocate the switch to inside of the cab. I know there are other ways to do this but I also wanted to be able to roll the rest of the windows up and down if I only wanted the drivers door off.
Not the cleanest job but I will tidy up more later on

.
On mine my power mirrors don't work and don't really care if they do so when project was finished I only had 4 wires to hook up to the drivers door and all power windows and locks work.
