Well I mean, just figure out the length it needs to be, sleeve it with some tubing (not pipe) and weld it solid.

Hot Rolled Electric Welded and a local scrap yard sells it where I live. If you can find CREW it would be better.

If its tubing it won't be solid correct? Or would it matter all I need is about 4 inches I'm at four inches in the front now how much tubing would I need at 5 inches

Even HREW is too weak to be used on a trackbar unless said trackar is straight.

My advise is to park it and buy a quality trackbar from a reputable manufacturer.
You'll be miles ahead if you save up some coin and spend it wisely.

No links, no sales pitch....just my $.02

IDK I would probably run .250 wall HREW if I was that cheap(maybe?) but yes I would rather use DOM with some good Heim joints.

Heres an idea you could take the lift out and go back to stock till you have money to do it the right way.

I built mine with .25 wall 1.25" DOM with a bushing on one end and a heim on the other and it works fine.
If you sleeve it you need more than 4" because that's where the stress will build and break it. Use at least a foot so it spreads it out.
