Even HREW is too weak to be used on a trackbar unless said trackar is straight.
My advise is to park it and buy a quality trackbar from a reputable manufacturer.
You'll be miles ahead if you save up some coin and spend it wisely.

I built mine with .25 wall 1.25" DOM with a bushing on one end and a heim on the other and it works fine.
If you sleeve it you need more than 4" because that's where the stress will build and break it. Use at least a foot so it spreads it out.
