hitch mounted tire carrier help
anybody know of any cheep ways to make a tire carrier that i can atach into my hitch. i would like one that can swing down to open my hatch. i have heard of people fabricating them from bike racks but i dont know how that would hold up if i added another rack on for extra cargo to it as well. any ideas would be great
