gas tank skid

i have a zj gas tank skid that i am trying to mount onto my xj. the skid lines up with the frame but i dont know how to blot it up. has anybody tried this b4 if so how did you mount it on any help would be greatly appreciated.

Keep in mind this is for a 97+ XJ, so if you have one older than that, you may have to modify it a little.

i was tryin to get it on earlier today i had the skid in place i had to drill new holes in the frame. i bored an existing hole out to get bolts up in the frame but i was having a hard a**time tryin to get the bolt to fall into the new holes.

even if i put the bolt in the frame or the nut i have no room to hold one or the other n place to tighten up unless i tack weld it in place

the bolts where long enough that i could grab them with needle nose, and then tighten the nuts enough. then the lock washers grabbed, and used the impact.
i am super new to jeeps, and never installed a hitch... which is similar to the tank skid. it took me under an hr. i also used jack stands/2x4s to hold it up to the frame

also a list of the hardware i used
8 m12x1.75x40mm
and i used matching nuts and washers.
it went bolt in from frame(with washer in between)
then lock washer
then nut

there is a guy who makes them on naxja, or you can try the search button. i know there have been a lot of threads. Not trying to be a dick, i just dont know if its on here, or naxja.
