Not a cherokee but I made a set of half doors for my other truck. Basically just get an extra set of doors and cut them up.

Here's my $50 set of half doors. Bought the donor doors for $50 and reused all of the sheet metal that was cut off to patch the door back up.

Excluding the few bucks for mig wire, sawzall blades, and grinding discs of course. I need to get a different shade of green for them though lol.

Is it easy to just cut them out like that? Or is there inside pieces you have to be careful and avoid? I really like that look and having half doors will get my dad of my *** about taking them off with out asking him lol I'm only 16 but i payed for it my self..... Off topic, but how do you open and close them? How are they latched shut?

I know removing doors it could sag but will it sag with half doors. Is this a better option than going doorless

Umm normally you remove your doors, and cut up donor doors, so you can still install yours.
But if you didn't want that just cut away

Interesting. Never seen anyone cut the rest of the window frame off.
