This is my new bumper I just got done building and about a week ago. It's my first one so dont be to rough on me guys. I built the brackets with 2 3/16's welded together to make a 3/8's plate. I couldn't find any 3/8's at my welding school I am goin to. So I beveled the edges and drilled holes in one plate so the edges are welded and the plates are also plug welded. the outside edges of the bumper are welded mig down hill to try for some better looking welds(which didn't necessarily turn out as good as I wanted them too) and the inside is done with dual shield for the structural strength. We have a Torch Mate table run with a computer with a palsma and oxy-fuel torch. So all pieces were drew on the computer and cut out with that plasma. Which made it a little easier. The two bolts on the top are threaded into the red plate behind my name to make it pop. Let me know what y'all think!!!

Looks Pro. couldn't tell you plug welded and down hilled it thought it was plate. Wish i had a plasma table. Any plans for bars or just a flat bumper?

I was thinkin about a stinger but I didn't think about it soon enough and I didn't leave enough room with my name there. We'll you can't see the brackets to tell for plug welds, I will take a picture of them when j get a chance but I made sure the plug were against the frame just in case you could ever tell. Thanks for positive comments tho!!
