The floors are welded to my unibody but my unibody got TNT custom stiffeners. So it's all tied up to the 3/16" steel with angle iron. ? next I'm hoping is cut out my rockers ( driverside rotted ) ( passenger side good but was replaced and bondo in by PO! )

Anywho cut them out 2x4 tubing tie everything together. Who knows....

As of right now I'm looking at a 2000 Cherokee from southern PA super clean no rust with 116k. Be my summer ride and leave mine now for winter and mudding.

Believer it or not, I've heard construction adheasive (like the big tubes of Liquid Nails) works well for seam sealing. And it may not come off your fingers any easier but its definitely cheaper than actual seam sealer from an auto body paint supplier.
How have you guys gotten all the spot welds out? All I have is this little guy and it is pretty slow and getting a little tired.
