Doing my floor boards today. It's 86 out. I'm dying but everything is coming along awesome.

Doing the floor pans by hand. Bought 4x8 sheet of 16g.

I did a whole bunch of searching and reading on here and Cherokee talk. I did find some good threads but as always other jeepers rust problems are different. More rotted or less rotted.

Ive been taking a bunch of pics of the progress from start and finish. I will be posting pics soon as everything is done and finished.

That's my rig. She's a 95 country. I had to save to poor brute!

 

This is were we started. We cut out first piece for the driver side and it didn't fit buuuut it fit on the passenger side! Weird I know. It's a jeep thing.

 

90% done. It's drivable. I'm driving it around now. Super solid considering I already have TNT custom unibody stiffeners which gave me the ability to save this purtyyyy jeep.

 

Had a blast cutting welding today. Tomorrow I will tie everything together. Never used a can of PB blaster! Broke 2 bolts!

 

Looks good dude! My Jeep is getting the same treatment soon (although not nearly as rusted as yours)

 

That looks like some pretty nice work!

And makes my little 3 inch wide rust holes where the vent windows used to leak look like a mighty small problem........
