just be careful if you plan on using it as a jack point, itll put alot of stress on the bottom of the frame, if you can get some plate steel to make a vertical mount as well as the horizontal one i think you would be better in the long haul...... Great plan though, are you going to cut 45's on the end or leave them straight?

Are you planning on mounting to the pinch weld seam as well as the uni? If so your braces between the uni and the slider will be fine being straight and give you plenty of strength to lift by your sliders.

Looks like your off to a good design plan, I agree with AlwaysXJ on the 3 leg idea. My two cents, use a piece of 1" on the opposite side of your pinch weld from your angle so as to sandwich it, it will give you a lot more strength. I'll include a pic of how mine are (not my build, I'm lazy and bought mine) set up its a pretty good design.

i think your gonna be good with just two legs man, im not a pro fabricator and dont have sliders yet but most of the sliders you see and most plans for the sliders you see are all just two legs if jcr and ajs offroad and other guys on here do only two legs and say they are good than i cant do anything on here but believe them, im not saying three legs is a bad thing more strength is always better but im just saying the third leg isnt a requirement and will save you a bit of money too
