DIY Roof Rack
I used ideas from here to start my own roof rack using EMT Conduit. I did use a different style connection at the corners than I have seen others use. Still needs more drilling and screws, plus paint but not bad so far.

I am thinking of Starting a project like this myself. I do a lot of handyman work and already own the tools, and know the materials. Please post more pics as you go along

Almost Done
Mounted to the top with U bolts after painting. Still want to put 4 eye bolts in it to clamp/tie into. About 80 bucks total into it and it moves the jeep when you pull on it.

Pictures of Corner Connectors
Instead of buying the 90' angles and connectors, I chose to buy a 90' connector. That cut down on the places where things could come loose. I wanted it to be a total non welding project.
