Flex will be down the road when I can afford the suspension kit. So far almost everything has been built from scrap. My finances are way to tight right now to add a suspension kit in the project but is def in the near future. LOL.

Fair enough you could make a long arm kit and pull some coils off another truck and then all you'd need is a pitman drop, track bar and a SYE

I so wish I understood that but it is too far over my head. If I knew what exactly to get that would be awesome. Can you give me some good pointers on this?

Just look up lift kits I'd stay away from rough country. I like Clayton offroad. and iron rock offroad. And the only thing making your own long arm kit does is insurance doesn't like it to much if you make them be I assume you don't care about that

If your interested sometime, I have a 4in teraflex lift for $300+shipping.

Father-n-law picked up square steel for new rockers yesterday. Time to cut out the dents and rust and replace it with good stuff.
