Check this out. Instead of just simply cutting the rocker panel out. My Bro-N-Law just split the metal of the rocker, inserted the new rock sliders steel, braced it, and wrapped the factory metal of the rockers back down onto the new steal and welded it. This way the new rock sliders will have a factory line look on completion. Sweet!!

Front end is coming together quite nice. This is a pic of where we had to cut out the back corner of the front inner fender, and sink the metal and bracing back in to make room for the 33x12.50s.

This pick is where we are cutting on the front part of the front inner center/unibody. The black line is the cut line and the red line will be the new body line. More cut making room for the bigger tires.

This pic is the first of the tubing support for the front custom fender flares just like we did the back.

LOL! You guys are funny. That's just wrong. LOL! I think what he was getting at with that comment was just the fact that he would hate to see something happen to the Griffin after putting all this work into it. I don't personally know the fella but don't think he really meant anything harsh by it. I didn't take it personal. I love this pic though. LOL!

Alex, I've been keeping a close eye on your bumper project. That is def one thing I have to do yet and I may get some ideas from you. I do have a ? for ya. My grill looks like it is attached to the bumper almost as one piece. How do you manage to just use the factory grill with a custom bumper? Didn't know if I need to cut it apart or what? I'll be watching for updates on your bumper.
