Ha I've had that so manny times replace it 7 times first one cost 100$ and then free warranty replacements but finally decided to get it check out turns out that the sensor between the climate control **** went bad and causes it to short out a bunch just something to check easy replace

I took the blower motor completely apart. The on tab on the circuit board inside it was burnt out. I think we can fab the circuit board and beef it up where it won't happen again.

Yea like I said I though that too but these jeeps have a common electrical issue with the heating and cooling and stero Chrysler tried to make it more luxurious at this time and kinda failed I've gone through 5 heated seats on the driver side and 4 on the passenger and like I sad 7 of those fan boxes and 6 speakers just not good electrical

Oh wow. Now that I think back, I remember having a lot of problems with the one I bought my wife a few years ago. The duel climate control kept going out. Thanks for the heads up.

One more thing if you start having a tick in the 4.7 if you have it check the pcv valve it's a 3$ part and make a whole lot of difference this engine is notorious for engine sludge and oil foam which arnt horrible things there just annoying

Sorry guys. Been pretty busy here. Been having a lot of armed robberies in the area. Like every couple day at a different gas station. Been working the investigation and haven't had much free time. Pics I have right now are just the same pics for the opposite side. Waiting to show pics of a couple new parts we are doing. I'll be able to post more in a day or two. Thanks for keeping in touch.
