Nothing reall y to report today.. went by The CNC cutters had him make a bracket or two I needed.

I am hoping to get some quality time in the shop on monday and Tuesday.. wife has surgery on wensday.. so the rest of the week is looking sketchy for shop time.

Next mission is to mount my rear link brackets, but because the MJ frame widens after the trans x-member.. I have to build an inside frame to get everythiing right. Then to actually get all the links and stuff in position is going to be great.

ROAD TRIP

Trading A stock 9" + a few bucks for a dodge d60. SO I am off on a 6 hr round trip drive today. Also delivering a shaved 14Bolt and some other parts to a friend.

SO no work will happen, but now I have most of my parts for rear steer

SO plans might change a touch more on my rig before it is all said and done.

a buggy with it a few yrs back.. and man it was awesome... You could literally change your line mid way without backing up. Also made doing front and rear digs with cutting brakes so much fun. YOu could literally line up on the line you wanted by being in 2wd and turning the wheels with tires against some rocks.

The rear steer is Probrably a yr or better off... This rig will be wheeled at least 2/3 times before it gets the rear steer to work out any bugs. PLus doing it adds at least another 3 grand to the build. Custom RCV's, and another DE ram and another controller...

Ended up ordering the brackets I need instead of making things work. Mostly because there is a trail ride in 3 weeks I am going on.. and I have some work to do on my XJ.

Today wifey is getting cut on so.. no more wrenching this week.
