I have been redoing my truggy for yrs.. and now that I have some time off and most of the stuff needed on hand I did some more work today.

First I cut off the rear of my rig

Then I dragged the half a rig out side

The leafs I was running are Alcan MJ leafs

Then I went to work on getting the d60 in position.. The rear axle might change... but it will be roughly in the same position. Coil brackets are Ruff Stuff, springs are JK4dr rubicon springs

Tommorow I plan on assembling my 203/300 doubler and mocking up some links.

Photobucket works great. There's even an app to make it easy.

I looked at them on my phone. Looks like an interesting project.

Yes I am selling them. They were built for 0-1"lift in a soa configuration. They have 4 trail rides and maybe 6 months of use as a weekend warrior. 200+ shipping which is less then half of what I paid for them

Going to be real fab + some cool tech and maybe even a trick or two.

No pics from today... But I got my garage cleaned a lil.. Then went to work.

Disassembelled my dodge Np203 and carried it to the machine shop to have it drilled for the round 6 bolt paten to bolt on the back of my modified 700r4.

Then I went to work on mounting my front link brackets. I am using some knock off rock krawler 3 link brackets. As I was cutting off brackets off the front 60 my plasma cutter crapped out.. So I called it a day.

I guess I should tell yall what the specs will be

4.3TBI painless wiring harness
700r4 with 23 spline conversion
Np203/d300 doubler triple stick (Jeds Machining doubler)
D60/d60
3 link front/ 4link rear
2.5 shocks up front coils rear
108" wb trying for a 22" belly but more then likely will be higher
39.5 irocs on diy beadlocks

i had an esab that crapped out once mid cut. it popped a little 10 ohm resistor. looked like the heat transfer paste behind it was dried up...

anywho, excited for the new direction!

Didnt get much done this weekend only got to spend just over 1 hr in my garage. I did get my plasma cutter working by cleaning it... So tommorow will be game on.

Goal for monday will be to get front link brackets welded to frame and to get mounts welded to axle. I also hope to plate the inner frame some so I can mount rear link brackets.

Sadly I do think it us going to sit a lil higher then I like and my wb might be a touch longer then I want.
