I searched around and couldn't find a direct answer. Will a front bumper from an 84 XJ bolt right onto my 2000? Guy at work has a 2-door 84 sport he wants to part out and asked me if I needed any for my rig first. Well my front bumper is creased from a tree. I know the endcaps will work, and I'm taking those as well, so I can look like XJjeepthing...just wondering about the actual front bumper.

 

It might not look right but, it will work.

Thanks guys. Yeah I'm wondering about the look, since I have the newer front clip and this is an older bumper. Guess we will see. Perhaps I can modify it to make it look better.
