I like hobart and that looks like a nice setup. But for that same price you could have bought an Eastwood Tig and plasma cutter......

 

But you didnt ask what i paid for it... I can tell you that it was no where near what they have it listed for on Hobarts site...

 

ohh if thats the case then hell yea. It's a great welder dont get me wrong. I am just addicted to tig welding lol

I have the same welder.. It is a good machine. When you get it.. the recommended setting on the inside of the hood are just about perfect ... Just run a touch higher CFM if you weld in an enviroment that has any breeze.

 

I have the Handler 190. I love it. The spoolrunner gun is on my Christmas list.
Did you seriously get the welder, spool gun and shipping for 550? That's freaking awesome. I bought mine at Tractor Supply on sale and it was 650.

 

Find me that kind of deal on a plasma cutter.

 

great deal,i paid that for my hobart 145 120 volt a few years ago.

 

No spoolgun... But it came with the gas regulator and since it is the MVP version it comes with both a 110V plug and a 230V plug. All i have to do now is go down to Gallatin and get a bottle and a 230V extension cord and im ready to go! It should be here today! I will post some pics for y'all when i get it

 

Nice unit man. Hobart make some good stuff. I'm expecting to see so quality projects come from this
