Yes I know. lol I just have been messing around with my fenders and some other crap. But I do like yours and is kinda like the one I wanna build.

 

Kudos on the Rack man, Wish i knew how to weld or even to tack.. Dman why did i have to be a graphic desginer/ Photograher haha.. Maybe someone one in So. Cal could help me out to make one for my Candice (my jeep's name)..

 

Nice job on the roof rack..You should leave the DOD sticker it gives character to your jeep........

quick question how did yo mount the rack to the roof? i talked to my buddy and he will help me with the welding. i just dont know how to much the rack to my roof.

i bought thule gutter mounts with bars..then u bolted the rack to the bars

 

can you send me link on which ones you bough? also if possible i konw i'm asking alot but how you made the rack like dimension and all..

search for them on craigslist, i got mine for $40

and the rack is 50 inches wide, 50 inches long and 6 inches high

 

that doesnt look too bad man.. does it seem to be pretty sturdy?

 

I can grab the rack a damn near lift the tires off the ground shaking it, it's on there and doesn't move an inch

 

what exactly do ya use the U Bolts for? and what are they anyway?
