Thanks!! I've thought about it yes, but I'm saving for more lift components and other fun stuff. The bar came with tabs to hang lights. Good luck if you do build one, and I hope to see it in FAB!

I'm down In aurora. Check out the "Denver BS thread" on here. Everyone in colorado posts stuff on there. My front bumper was made of 5" wide plate and I just cut out all the pieces. But If u check out my rear bumper, it's 2x4" tube. If I ever did the front again, I would use 2x5" for strength. The tubing came In a kit from JCRoffroad. It came pre-bent but I had to notch it out with grinder. Definetly worth 100 bucks if u don't have a bender

If you have plans made up for this bumper, are you willing to message them to another jeep owner looking to build his own bumper?

Basically a small 5" wide by maybe 10" plate with the first three holes drilled. Going to add an addition to include all the bolts and brace the steering box bolts

Just curious how much the materials cost you? What welder did you use?

This is what I have been looking for. One question though. How wide is the top piece?

BTW, your bumper looks great.

I would say about 150 in materials. The prerunner bar was 100 from JCR offroad. I used my Lincoln 125 hd running inner shield flux. However I built a new bumper for my new jeep because my 97 got wrecked. Skipped the bar this time. Built this one from an old scrap table so it was free. Eventually hiding a winch behind it
