After a long day of going back and forth from ACE to get the right size U-bolts the rack is painted and mounted!!!

Here are some photos from along the way:

Here is how I started this morning


Started out with the first coat of rust proof flat black paint


Then a second


Next came the mounting test,


Then drilled the holes for the U-bolts one corner at a time



Next I cut out the bars in the middle as I plan to add a wire floor and sides


And here is the final look

Looks like a really nice deal. I think the metal cost over $30 plus the time to weld it cool cool

that diamond hole stuff thats flat that they sometimes use on sewers would be great

Actually havent done anything else to it, took it off 4 months ago because i was never using it, right now it's in the garage just taking up space.
