Ok here's my 2000 XJ, 4.0 with Rough Country 3.5 inch lift, 31/10.5 15's on 8 inch rims. Threw on a Thule and went through all the fluids, new starter, windshield, serpentine belt, battery, headliner and all before opening the can of worms.
Rocker, floor pan RUST!
So after 4 months in the garage wrenching and welding on floor pans, fenders, doors and 2x6 rockers the rust is now gone! As it sits now with a partial epoxy primer paint job, new carpet with Thermo-tech sound/heat mat and new, recovered seats it's getting close to a finish paint job.
I'm new and not sure if I'm using the right form/forum! Hoprfully, so here's my XJ submission just for sheets and giggles.

They call it 'trading down,' but things have been looking up since I said goodbye to my 2014 Wrangler Sport and went on a journey to bring home this 1998 Cherokee Sport. One thing for the JK, they hold their value. I only put 35k mi on the Wrangler because I always had another set of wheels. A pair of wheels I should say. 2016 BMW R1200GS is my current daily rider during the warm bits of the year. Working to refurbish my XJ to stock for use as an alternate daily driver. It's been a fun one so far!
