Worst Exhaust leak ever!!!
Well I just finished rebuilding my carb on my Buick 225 V6 and decided to check out the exhaust leak that its had since I bought it. Well I'll say its the worst I have ever seen a manifold look. It came off in 2 parts...hahaha I had a spare which my brother welded back up for me. I think I am going to have to figure out why this keeps happening.

Umm... oh snap?
I wonder if some kind of flex pipe between the manifold and the cat would help. If you've broken it there repeatedly though, you've probably got a weak motor mount somewhere.
And to think I felt bad for welding over a pea-sized casting mistake in an Integra header.
