Anyone have any tips on replacing the rear window in a 93 Escort wagon?

 

I have only done a side rear window in an Escort, sorry bud!! I say kick it out, and throw some firewood back there and.....

 

I checked to see what it would cost to have it replaced and the quotes came back at $460 and $600. It's a fricken 93 with a blue book of less the $700. Went to the pick-n-pull and picked up the complete hatch for $80. It's even the same color. One of my sons is driving it now but it's my 30MPG get around town car. Can't torch it yet.
