so...the fuel pump stop working...and..and to replace it it was 250$ plus filters plus some other things that needed to be replace it was going to be around 500 in parts...so i said..NOT!! junked the car..they gave me 250$...

now im looking for another dd

i have aroun 1500...max to expend...like thats how much i want to "waste" in DD....

options are...

i really want a truck/suv...so my ricer side doesnt show up.....

99-01 subaru rs (if i find this) im willing to put up to 3k or a little more....
94-97 f250 diesel
93-98 lexus sc300

and...i dont know what other car out there i will like to get...

 

Consider Toyota pick-ups too. They are strong runners and last a very long time with minimal upkeep.

 

i dont like the pick ups...

one because i just dont like them...and 2....everyone becomes your friend once you get a pick up truck

 

When I had my truck I learned real quick how to say no..

 

I was just suggesting a reliable DD with potential to help you getting stuff back home w/o messing up your XJs interior.

 

the f250 is out if you want gas milage cause the powerstroke is V8 motor not a I6 like the cummins i would say get a ram 2500 they'll run forever and you dont have to get them serviced at the dodge dealer if its motor related you can go to a cummins survice center btw a family member has a 2000 with 5.9L and he gets 22 city and 28 highway but again it is a truck and dakota or S-10 with the 4.3 would be a good idea too (please stay away from the ranger there just LAME) hope that helps good luck
