My grandpa taught me to drive in his early 80s Triumph Spitfire! Man I wish I had one of those now.

 

i fill old ohhhh i am ..i had a 1961 olds starfire . it was all crome moter i gave $100.bucks .for it ..i had two .i broke my moms 1965 chev 4door. trans back up at 30mil anhr in revers .pull it in to drive spening smokeing ties . till trans puke out .my dad was MAD.....lol lol . now i have a 1998 jeep .love it a lot..ohhhhhhhhh ya iam 57ys old old man .lol

i learned to drive my current xj when i was 14 when my ex-best friend owned the jeep, it looked like this

1966 Mercury Cyclone Conv. my first car worked part time saved every dime doing anything from 14 to 16 to buy it.. Titled to parents & they turned it over to me at 18 when I graduated high school.

 

I learned to drive in my moms 93 zj.

91 nissan pickup 2wd manual with the a 4banger her name was Penelope. my first winter driving i pinballed it in to the side of the bridge buy my house on the drive home if you let go of the steering wheel it would make almost a full 90 degree turn loved that truck

 

I learned to drive in a 95 Nissan Pathfinder. That thing was pos. wish I would have started out jeep.

 

I learned to drive in my Mom's 1989 Chevy Celebrity station wagon. The FWD 2.5 Iron Duke. Not the manly wagon of the '80s. It climbed hills @ 25mph at 3800 rpm. It would not go 65 unless there was only one person in it.

 

My grandfather let me and my cousin loose in one of these (Crown Vic, with the v8 ) out in the the back fields on his land when we were about 12 or so.. Those really rainy days really gave us some classes in defensive driving

 

My dads 2500 HD Chevy trucks and a GMC Yukon. And a TJ wrangler. Only stick vehicle i have ever driven. For now.
