First vehicle I drove on the road was a IH Scout.

 

I learned in a scout just like this one when I was tall enough to reach the pedals, but mine was red. Driving around on our farm. If I find another one cheap, ill buy it. Never did get that thing stuck.

right here the only diff on apperance was mine had ar outlawII rims and standard no power steering and when ya hit a bump the radio shut off so ya had to hit the dash for it to work again. man i miss that little truck it was my stepdads he bought it new and gave it to me

My dads 87 5 speed MJ at probably 8-9. Back roads in his 97 4cyl auto TJ and 99 4.0 5 speed TJ. We also had a little Datsun and a Mazda b2200 diesel, both 5 speed.

 

1994 jeep yj 4cyl, 5spd, np321, D30&35. Thing was on it's 2nd transmission by the time i got it, and i quickly fried that one learning to drive manual cause my dad didn't have the patience to teach me. Hated driving it in the winter cause all i had for it was a soft top and thats why i got rid of it. Kicking myself for selling it now but I've had 3 xjs since. Have had 6 cars so far and haven't wrecked any like all my friends seem to do which is the reason they get new cars, typically end up fixing them up some and selling them.

 

1985 Toyota 4Runner with a 22re and 5spd. This was before I had a license to drive. mostly driving in the woods or around the shop. When I got my license it was a 1998 silverado 1500 extended cab short bed 5.0 vortec automatic. Put it up 6 Inches on 35" Xterrains

 

A Subaru Leone 1.8 with 4 wheel drive when I was about 14 or 15...guess that's where I got the notion that real cars don't need a road.

 

my first vehicle was a 1986 chevy s10, 2.8 v6 with over 250k on it, that truck lasted me forever then i got my jeep and sold it, even though that truck drove me nuts i miss it............she was black in color, much like satan's heart, her name was latoya.....drifted her many times on dirt roads and if i got stuck in anything i just pull the rear wheel drive to use and slammed the gas till i got out
