I had a 1985 Isuzu 4wd P'UP..
I bought it as a DD for the Indiana winters.
When it ran, it ran & drove fine, but I bought it with high miles...(BLOW-BY!)
Had the top end done, and it blew out the bottom end.
That was enough...buh-bye, money pit!

I probably should mention the 68 Dodge Charger I had right after high school...
(It thought it was a 4wd)...until I broke the rear shock top crossmember off the frame and jammed a Gabriel Adjustable E compressed trying to perform an ill-advised maneuver off-road.. I got it fixed, and eventually sold it. The guy I sold it to later took it offroading...ON ITS ROOF! (He later thanked me for installing a roll bar).
I wish I had that car now, in the condition it was when I first got it...

194- Flat fender race Jeep, 350 Chev, turbo 400, dana 20, 44 rear with posi from scout II, front 30 from wagoneer. 4 link rear suspension with coils(this was in 1986-87) wagoneer front leafs rearched. Baja buckets from D-50 and harnesses.

1967 Ford Bronco, had 40" Gumbo MM's with a 302 w/3spd manual when I bought it. Tranny toasted so I traded the 40's for a Ford ThunderJet 429 and a C6, used Advanced Adapters T-case adapter and lowered the lift 3" so rear driveline angle would work. Full cage and bumpers I bent up myself. Went to 35" Buckshots. Traded in it on-

1988 Nissan SE xtra cab- V6 5spd, loaded included rear limited diff.

1979 Dodge Power Wagon 3/4 ton 360 auto, Warn 8000lb winch custom bumpers.

1995 Dodge Club cab 1500 5.7 auto longbox SLT. gutless.

19-- Jeep flat fender, D50 from above running gear(yes an IFS Jeep) and the 35" Buckshots from the Bronco. Body work done to make it straight and clean. when the 2.6 mitsu motor died in made an adapter to bolt up a 2.8 Ford V6 to the D50 5spd. Traded in on something.

1989 Chev. 1-ton srw, flat bed. Crew cab. 454 auto. Good looking used to tow toyhauler camp trailer to mx races for the kids. Sold and got a-

1980 Toyota 4x4, 20R long box with shot clutch and a lotta rust.

1988 Toyota reg. cab. 22RE- 5spd, loved this truck, took bumpers off the old D-50 that I had long since gotten rid of and installed them.
motor ate a timing chain at 250,000mi and kid had used it up so sold it.

1983 Toyta 4x4 22R long box, Offy intake and Weber 32/36, header, '92 A340 auto self made custom shift system, 4.88's and rear locker. Old Rancho 2-3" lift. Added Power steering. Self made bumpers and sliders and roll bar. Still have and drive this one. Use Garmin GPS for Speedometer.

2004 Dodge 3500 quad cab, cummins, auto. Stock. This ones a keeper too.

man that's a lot of rigs and I'm only about 24 or twice that old.
I can't even begin to list all the trucks I've had and that doesn't include parts trucks.

Even with cars I bring them home fix them and slam a nice paintjob on them and then I get offers and I wind up selling them.
