My other car
'73 240z ...headers, 2.5" exhaust, cammed, Weber triples (for now). Still has the low tech ignition and charging system but not for long. Suspension is very stiff. Good thing because it has about 2" of ground clearance. If I'm careful I can make it over the speedbumps to get in and out of my 'hood. BBS 15" two piece wheels. Manual steering. AM/FM radio with 5 presets! Potato launcher exhaust tip.

Very sweet car.
I can remember back when I was 15, a guy down the street restored one of them from a rust bucket to New condition. Always thought they were a "sexy" car design..

Always loved those cars... pure secks.
I'm starting to see quite a few 70's Z projects on forums lately. Seems like they're starting to make a comeback in the restoration world, and finally getting the credit they deserve.
Yours is a great example of what I would build for myself if I ever did one of those. What's with the square headlights though? I don't think I've ever seen one like that.

The 240sx is a great car. That's an s14 right? I like the style more than the earlier model.
The square headlights aren't my favorite part of the car but I don't want to go out and get round buckets and have to paint them. On the plus side they are Cibie H4 lights lol.
Thanks for all the good words guys. Now if I could get somebody to respond to this post so I can remove my XJ key w/o breaking my arm

I thought so but I didn't want to get into the zenki/kouki stuff for a lot of reasons. I love Nissans but I never got into the JDM thing. I've owned an 85t z31 and I just sold my shiro z31. Had a '96 G20t, a couple of 280zx's, an 83 200sx, and a D series Pathy. Never had problems with any of them. Guess that's why I like Nissan
And they're usually ahead of the technological curve too.
