...what would you drive? This includes all kinds of jeeps, not just Cherokees. For me if I didn't have a Jeep I'd take it in an entire different direction and get a 1975 or earlier BMW 2002. I'm thinking about getting one to restore and letting my sister drive when she gets her license. Be honest and post pics!

No jeep? Then I'd get the next best thing....

toss in a 2" BB, 35" tires and be done with it

HEMI POWER!!!!!!!

Who would complain about have a complete truck with power, lockers, winch, and big tires.

prior to gettin into jeeps I was big in S10's specifically 2wd versions. I still have 2 of them a 96 4.3 5spd step side ex cab and an 88 reg cab short bed 4 cyl.
before the jeep bug bit me the only thing I wanted in the entire world was a V8 powered S10 and I actually aquired the 88 S10 specifically for that reason. its currently rotting away on my moms property maybe 1 day I will get around to it but right now I am spending too much money on jeeping.

so basically if it werent for jeeps my attention would definitely be focused on the world of S10's

On TRS and other Ranger/Explorer sites.

Plans... Long arm Y-link radius arms with a HP D30 and 6" XJ springs, for the rear, Toyota Tundra leafs will go under the frame with the middle leaf yanked out and shocks outboarded. Reinforce factory tcase skid and tank skid. Rock sliders and wheel it...
