I bought something today!
Thanks Photobucket for breaking my pictures! NOT paying $300 a year to host my personal pics.
Been wanting one of these for a LOOOONG time and this popped into my life yesterday. Purchased today!
1983 AMC Eagle 4.2L/auto/4x4. Extremely clean for the age! Very little rust! Floorpans are great! California car I guess. PO owned it since 2008 and took extremely good care of her. Tons of new parts.
Anyway. My new project for a bit.

Spent today tinkering on the Eagle. Got the rear air-shocks, pump and leveling switch to work! Car sits MUCH better now.
Also washed and hand-waxed. Will need another wax soon. Really makes the color pop now.
Plans for it are not really anything as far as mods. It's all stock and everything is there and working. Probably continue detailing and repairing little things. Maybe install LED lighting for the dome/courtesy lights. Will leave the dash lights alone though. Change diff fluids, t-case etc. Then just enjoy it on weekends in the summer. Maybe camping.

Nice find I have always wanted one of those. If I find one with a bad motor or trans I would pull the drive train out of the XJ an drop it in there. Awesome Good luck with it.
