Went through a big puddle real fast then it bogged out and won't even turn over??? Took of air intake filter thing and water leaked out. Is this symptoms of hydrolocked if ya how to fix it?

Need to pull the plugs to pump the water out b4 trying to start it. Just remove plugs then turn the engine over. Then cross ur fingers and hope he didn't bend rods, pushrods etc. Good luck. Been there done that.. LOL

Depends on the engine. If its a 2.3/2.5 theres 8 spark plugs, 4 on each side. Its pretty self explanatory. I believe its a 5/8 socket (use a spark plug one) And take them out just like you would a bolt. If its a 3.0/4.0 V6 then the farthest back plugs are also a PITA like the 4Cyl. Like stated before, Take all the plugs out and crank it until the water is all shot out of the spark plug holes, then I'd let it sit for an hour or two just to be sure. Change the oil and oil filter along with the air filter before you put the plugs back in to start it then after your done crank it and see if you didnt wipe out the bearings or bend a rod.
