Default Help Identifying Broken Part

So Im posting this for my brother, since his TJ forums arnt helping him out. He has a 98 TJ with the 2.4. I know its a TJ but maybe some one will know what these are. Thanks

My serpentine belt decided to shred last night and in the process hit and broken a couple vacume lines. I don't know what that parts are so I was helping y'all could help me identify it so I can go get this thing fixed today.

Hopefully y'all can see the arrows in the pics. The line goes into the box that is on the right side on the engine. I have never messed with that thing so I have no clue what it is.

That's the evap. Purge solenoid. I think the lines are molded to the rubber piece.worse case : check engine light and crap fuel mileage. Good luck!
