So basically i have my xj for dd right now, but at 8mpg, and being out of commission frequently due to mods, im looking for something else to get me to school and work with at least better mpg lol.

basically im looking for rwd or possibly awd but prefer rwd. fun and fast(ish).
preferably 4 seats with 2 doors (4 doors if awd id imagine.)
also stick shift lol. i miss driving stick so bad.

i dont like station wagon type vehicles (besides my xj but that doesnt really count its an suv). so no honda bubbles, or golf gti.

aside from an s13, or s14, i really dont know what to look for. was wondering if you guys could help me out.

also my budget is $4000 so that should help limit it.

Look for a twin turbo awd stealth. They're usually cheaper than the 3000s but they're the same vehicle except body differences.

 

my brother had told me that stealths sucks... but then again it was na and fwd

 

Everyone has their own opinions. Only thing I didn't like about mine was it weighed quite a bit. Real fun to drive though and got it up to ~145mph on the highway.

 

heres a question how much will you be moding the car? cause if you buy a car your inclined to modify your going to be dumping the money your saving from the better mpg right back toward it

I had an AWD eclipse and a FWD talon the talon had big injectors , 16g turbo , 3" from o2 housing to rear bumper ,tune . I kept the a/c drove that car everywhere as my daily quick and fun .
