Ok i have swapped out the wifes old 4.0 and put in a new to me 4.0 with about 80k. Got it up and running and seems to run good. But i still have a long crank time before it fires up ot i have to hold down the throttle about half to get it to fire up sooner. Also the CEL light keeps coming on saying that #6 cyl misfire. The old motor had #5 cyl bad so it had a misfire code for that cyl. I had the codes cleared and its back this morning. So any help or ideas would be helpful. I put in new plugs,wires,cap,rotor. This is the same problem i had with the old motor so having it with the new one is getting frustrating.

Oh and twice it started to bog down and 1 backfire through intake and then it would run normal.
