Default F150 2wd to 4wd SAS, help any advice please

Well after own a jeep, almost anything is possible as long as you know what you are doing and the amount of research is done correctly. Well im sick of my 2wd truck and need to make it 4x4, and what not but a straight axle in the front! I have a 2004 F150 and dont want to sell it because it is my first truck and i know i have the capability to make it 4x4 as long as i know what i am doing and doing it properly. I have a friend that just spent about 47k on his truck and making it from IFS to SAS but i dont have that kind of money, but i know i have the resources to do it in my own budget. My question is who has what kind of advice they can give me in going the right direction, im thinking of finding a dana 60 front a local JY and to match the 8 lug bolt patter finding a rear end for that also but what kind of rear end am i looking at?
this is my truck right now

This is my buddies truck that off road evolutions just finished

and this is my current jeep (love being on the rocks)

Thats cool both your rigs have matching tires. I'd go with 3/4 ton Ford axles from a 90s super duty. 10.25 Sterling rear, D44 or D60 front, don't remember which.

That's what I was thinking, wouldn't it be smarter to do a Dana 60 up front? And would the 10.25 bolt pattern match the Dana 60?

Oh yeah, I know what it is and how to fix it. Just don't have time and soon at the shop to take apart the engine right now
