My buddy and i got in an argument today, he seems to think that 33's will clear on a stock 1999 tahoe. i told him that they would rub too much. what do you guys think?

He is 100% right if he gets his torsin(spell check) tightened up. I rans 285/75R16s on my 98 and they are like 32.5's and still had a good bit of room. Just so he knows if he does raise that torsin bar it will ride rougher.

dang haha, i guess i cant always be right. I'll let him know about tightening the torsin. He's gonna put a 2inch body lift on it after the tires too.

I would steer clear of a body lift but that is just me. Suspension is the way to go.
