Default 1996 Chevy S10 2.2L Manual Shifting Problems

My stepdad's 1996 S10 with 2.2L and manual transmission is having trouble shifting properly. The clutch is not engaging completely He has replaced the slave cylinder that requires dropping the transmission. He said it feels like it's not bled properly, even though he and a friend did bleed it after he was done. The clutch pedal is not hard, and goes all the way to the floor. He said that even when he pushes in the clutch and puts it in neutral, the truck will still keep moving.

Edit: Turns out the clutch is not hard, but goes to the floor without it completely engaging the clutch.

Any ideas?

It still sound like air in the system to me. That pedal should be somewhat hard when you put pressure on the clutch. Is there a section of line that goes higher then the master? Was everything replaced at the same time? (hope so but if seen it before). Does it start getting harder to shift after a while of driving were you can shift anymore? Either you have a leaking master that is just bleeding thru the seals, a bad slave, or air still in the line.

did he properly install the new clutch slave cyl? it has a spring on it and you have to push it onto the input shaft, and compress the spring. while holding the spring compressed you turn it a 1/4-1/2 turn and it locks in place, holding the spring compressed.
