I am planning on doing a lift in the future, however the current shocks are totally shot in my '96 ZJ. Are there any shocks that I could swap out the stockers for and use instead?

Basically looking to see if there is a stock with the same compression but 3" more travel?

Otherwise, would running the V8 shocks be an issue, I am guessing that they have a little more travel than the I6 shocks?
