Default Wobbles

I have a 97 grand cherokee, the problem is that when i drive more than 80km/ph and the car goes over a bumb the whole car shake and the two front tires wobbles. I've replace the damper and all the shock which is advise my the mechanic but it still have the same problem. Then i was told it was the steering box and i change that but it also wasnt it, the wobble still there. Does anyone have this problem and know what the problem could be? I invest so much into this truck, so i need to have this fix. Thankyou.

My friend, you have death wobble. Check all of your bushings, check for loose connections, check your ball joints, and check your u-joints. A little bit of "search" function will yeild much info. Just put "death wobble" into the search box of this forum , get a cup of coffee, and settle down for some reading.

Jeep has the worst geometry set up for steering components. If I were you, I'd check all the lose
Components such as, tie rod ends, track bar, steering stabilizer, bushings, un balanced wheels, tie rod, etc.
I fixed my dw by getting my wheels balanced, track bar, steering stabilizer, tie rod ends.
I still have dw if I hit big bumps.
I just want to get rid of it too.
It's hard for a person that doesn't know a lot about cars and the have the tools for it.

My 97 ZJ had this problem. Lower ball joints and tires solved it. This rig has 198K on her and it's stable to 65 mph. I have no desire to go beyond that!
