Default wj electric fan conversion

hi i have a 2001 Wj with a 4.7 just wondering if anyone's done an electric fan conversion on this on its fan is a hydraulic one that runs off the steering pump and its just a hassle to every time im in there have to pull it out so i'm looking for something a little easier on my engine and my nerves.

Seeing as no ones said anything I'll do it i did alot if research I found a company that makes offroad cooling fans for jeeps and other also they make electric convertion kits. They do not have one avalible for any wj let alone the 2001-04 which is 100% hydrolic off the steering pump. So I've been talking with the owner and he's willing to build one custom as a proto type and I would have to be a test if you interestead I can see. You his email so he can gain momentume faster it's something as far as I can find no one else has done!

Never been done as an actual kit is what I ment no one that I can find has it on the market and this would be like that like u buy the fan and it comes with all the proper fittings and hoses and you don't have to do all this custom work or change out the steering pump but thanks for the read I didn't know about needing a flow control valve

Easier to work on and less stress on the steering pump and more power to the steering my cooling system is good and I don't need the fan as much it will be linked to the sensor

Have you got this to work!?? I got mine to work but with one major snag... how do you trick the pcm to not have a check engine light on? I can't register my car with new sticker on plate cause check engine lights on! Everything works great but cant figure a way to make the pcm work with my set up. IV tried evrything... don't know what to do. Old set up's long gone and new kit is like $900.00 ... Hope you got this working n can help me. Thanks.

For one, you can't buy the parts for them. They are discontinued and the aftermarket don't offer the parts. I am super frustrated right now cause I got a issue with the fan not kicking up and I think I am just going to let it run at 250 degrees until it blows. This was the worst design they could have made a better product.
