Winch on stock bumper

Default Winch on stock bumper

i want get a winch but i dont want to build a bumper or buy some bracket, does anyone know if i can just weld or bolt my own Jig up to the bumper or do i need to attach it to the unibody?

Iceland Offroad has a cheaper winch mount.

For the price of either your way ahead unless you have decent fab skills.

depends, if i can just bolt it to the bumper the bracket isnt going to be hard to make, if i have to attach it to the unibody then i guess il buy one

if you attach it to the unibody you'll have to fab up a pretty beefy mounting point.

well i like the idea of the front hitch, but it seems like the winch would be to low to the ground

good product ,,almost bought it ,than was offered my PROTOFAB so fourwheeler mag could do a step by step install for protofab
