Wheels will fit but tires will rub as soon as you set it on the ground.

You need at least 2" of lift or some trimming to clear the 31's. Just pick up some 2" coil spacers, probly run you less than 100 bucks.

If you didnt want to answer you couldve just not said anything instead of being a jerk. In the time it took you to tell him to search you couldve said yes or no.

I just installed my set of used BFG All terrain 31's, they BARELY fit without trimming. When I turn I come within a milimeter of hitting the inner fender flare. I'm runnning a Zone Offroad 3 inch lift too! You will have to lift your GC if you want to clear anything larger than an inch from stock.

He has a Grand Cherokee and you have a Cherokee. Tire fitting is a bit different.

I know that. The older GC's are somewhat similar to the XJs as far as wheel well size though.... Either way he'll still have to do some trimming/lifting.

If your at 3" and can barely fit 31s without trimming that proves the wheel wells are quite different. A ZJ with a 2" BB clears 31s with ease. I'm at 3.5" on my ZJ and have ran my 34s with only trimming the front bumper and pounding in the pinch seam.

does anyone happen to know if a wheel with a 5x4.5 bolt pattern, -12 mm offset and 3.75" backspacing will fit the 94 grand cherokee nicely or will they stick out way to far? i want to put a 235/75/15 tire on there as well. how would this setup fit and look on a non lifted GC?

They will fit but they will rub. I had them on mine and they rubbed in sharp turns or in less sharp turns in reverse.
I've been looking into a cheap lift under 3" . JC Whitney and ebay have several. I have been hoping for some advice on here to choose which lift is the best deal with new shocks. The descriptions are so vague its hard for mew to tell. I know I saw one kit on ebay for 169 with shocks but I was not sure if they were a good shock brand. I certainly do not want any chinese junk.

Strangly sounds like an old saying of mine...

"If it doesn't fit. Make it fit" lol

well i went ahead and installed th wheels. they fit perfect with no rubbing or any issues. I went with a goodyear all terrain 235/75/15 on a 5x114.3 bolt pattern and 3.77"back spacing with 19mm offset. Wheels and tires look amazing! Now i just can't wait for the first snow!!!
