My wife has been driving for almost 3 years now with no problems.
Yesterday she had a dead battery and get a jump.
it took a while to get it started and when she did she had to pump the gas to keep it running.
when she put it in gear it died again, it did this 3 times then it ran fine the rest of the day.
It was dead again today.
I got a new battery, did not fix it.
i put a new fuel filter and new plugs, did not fix it
i put a new coil rail on and it still will not start.
i need help

the cps "Crankshaft Positioning Sensor"is a common problem. This sensor works together with the "Camshaft Positioning Sensor", the both of these play a big part of the fuel synchronization system. Do NOT remove the Camshaft Sensor, make sure you are removing the Crankshaft sensor. I do not know the location of your crankshaft sensor, mine on my 03' is located on top of the tranny bell housing on the driver side. I do know the camshaft sensor is located where the distributor would be. It will be in a haynes manual or I'm sure there are plenty of threads here. Search for cps.
Also I have heard the dealership sensor is more expensive but it is the best option. about $100
