Wheel size mismatch

Wheel size mismatch
So here is the deal I have a 98 GC that the previous owner stuffed some 225/75-17 wheels into. Today while cleaning out this truck i noticed the spare is still the stock 215/75-15.
I am wondering is this something I need to worry about? In the event i need to use that spare, i can see it will handle like crap, but will it actually do any damage? Im just wondering if I need to layout the cash for a fifth 17" rim and tire?
PS - If I do anyone interested in a 15 in rim with a brand new tire?

If you've got the 247 transfer case (AWD), DO NOT USE IT! It will overheat and destroy the viscous coupling.
