10 psi should be enough.

I used 8 PSI and it worked fine. Had a bit of a leak on my bleeder flush cap at 10 psi. I guess the seals were a bit old. Got it at pick a part. Oh and best part was I could bleed them with the wheels on. Wish I could do that with my other cars.
