Hey guys, so i'll make this quick.
35mph, 85mph doesnt matter, if there are no bumps, or bad road my TWO WHEEL DRIVE 5.2 ZJ doesnt death wobble, shake or anything. as of two days ago I have hit a couple bad spots on the road and my front end will shake violently.
I am ruling out my steering box, because ive had that replaced, and the symptoms were different, ruling out shocks because it is NOT constant.
anyone have a similar problem, or any "general" idea what the first thing on the front end i should check?
Thanks guys. (woops also, no lift, all stock)

Thanks, that was actual very helpful. I just found it weird since I dont have a lift on this jeep, and no front diff.
I think that link will point me in the right direction.

What could cause shaking in my 03 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado V8 4x4, usually starting around 30mph but worse at higher speeds? I got new tires I know I need the front differential carrier bearing. Could it be a related problem or something else?
i was told by a jeep dealer that me front differential bearing needed replacing because i had a humming type sound but it started shaking recently i feel it in my seat and i was told that that means it might be coming from the rear

So you think that it could be the ball joint and bad shocks? Do you think it could be the wheel bearing? Cause we hear a humming/whirring noise- could a bad bearing cause that and the shake when it hits 30 miles per hour? What about the front differential carrier bearing? These are all ideas people have given and we're not sure where to look with all these ideas?

Thank you for your help. I was able to put it up on a lift and found that my front rear U joints were junk. There was a whole bunch of play/wobbling when we wiggled it. So I bought two U joints because its a double cardan and putting it in should be fairly simply with the right tools. Thanks again. I'm new to this forum but it has been very helpful already.
