Viper 5204 Alarm

Viper 5204 Alarm
I have a jeep grand cherokee wj. I want to install a Viper 5204 Alarm in it. The 5204 has remote start, keyless entry and security alarm. Also, I am installing the Viper Trunk Release Solenoid. my questions are this:
Do I need a transponder bypass?
IF yes, Which one?
Do I need a interface module?
IF yes, Which one?
Is anything special needed for the trunk release solenoid?
