Default Vent to defrost under acceleration

Like the title says under acceleration my heater goes from vent mode to defrost. It seems like this would be a issue with vacume somehow but I'm just not sure what would be causing the decrease in vacume to change things. Anyone else have this problem?

You may have a cracked vacuum resevior, depending on what year your Jeep is, it may be behind the bumper cover on the right side, or under the battery tray.

Hmm well mine is a 1998, I'll have to take a look at that this weekend.
