Vehicle won't start

Vehicle won't start
Abs light stays on no gages work not even the DTE shows to dashes in stead of miles and my 98 jeep Grand Cherokee just won't start turns over fine but it like security thing maybe there's a red light on the dash that stays oni don't know this means can anyone help me I put like , 4 or 5 different code readers on in it and none of them can find my vehicle so please help me if I can
