Puzzled.. 98 5.2 grand turns over but wont start

I have a 98 grand 5.2. It will turn over pretty fast and wont start. Then after a couple or 6 times it will start and run great with no issues. Any help is AWESOME!

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter

You need to check for fuel and spark when it won't start.
